Though without such fee the life membership with benefits will still continue.

Fill all the detail properly in block letters only Ensure the ‘Proposed by” & “The seconded by” sections of the Application Form are correctly filled in with due signatures from a Member of the Association.
Submit the scanned form and documents by mail or courier it physically to the address given at the bottom of the form.
The application should be accompanied by a cheque which should reach the organization’s address (write applicant's name behind cheque) or submit the online confirmation of the fees receipt by mail or physical print.
