Notice for Election of Vice President
of
Minimally Invasive Spine Surgeons Association of Bharat
Notice is hereby given that an election will be held to fill the vacant post of Vice President of the Minimally Invasive Spine Surgeons Association of Bharat.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a permanent member of MISSAB for at least 6 years.
- Should be actively involved in Society activities.
- Must be in good standing with the Society.
- Preferably have been an executive committee member in the past
Nomination Procedure:
- Nominations must be submitted in writing to the Secretary of the Society on or before 10th October 2024
- Should be proposed and seconded by at least 2 permanent members of MISSAB. At least one of them should be an Executive committee member of MISSAB (Present or Past)
- Nomination: A formal email to Secretary Dr Alok Ranjan (secretarymissab@gmail.com)
Voting Procedure:
Voting will be conducted during the upcoming MISSAB General Body meeting on 18th October 2024 at Gandhinagar
Only permanent members of the Society will be eligible to vote.
The Elected Vice President will be automatically elevated to the Post of President after the tenure of the Current President.
All members are encouraged to participate in the election process and exercise their right to vote.
